Terms

Short version: $79 a month with no contract, or $729 a year. Changes are free before launch, and nothing is due until your site is live.

Local.Sites.Work ("we," "us") builds and hosts websites for local businesses. Local.Sites.Work, 1322 Vivian St, Longmont, CO 80501.

  1. Price. $79 per month, or $729 per year. Prices are in US dollars, billed through Stripe.
  2. No contract. Monthly plans are month to month. Cancel anytime by emailing [email protected]; you won't be billed for another month after that. Yearly plans run for the year you paid for and won't renew if you cancel before the renewal date.
  3. Nothing due until you're live. We build your site and show you a preview first. You don't pay anything until your site is live.
  4. Changes. Changes before launch are free. After launch, reasonable small changes (like hours, phone numbers, photos, services, text edits) are included. Bigger jobs, like a full redesign or new features, we'll quote first, and you decide.
  5. Domains (web addresses). If we buy a domain for you, we register it in the Local.Sites.Work account and keep it on auto-renew while you're a client. If you cancel, we'll transfer the domain to you on request. If you already own a domain, it stays yours; we just point it at your site.
  6. Your content. You own your business name, logo, text, and photos. You confirm you have the right to use anything you send us, and you let us use it to build and run your site. If you cancel, we'll send you copies on request.
  7. No ranking guarantees. We build sites that are fast, mobile-friendly, and set up for search engines, but we can't guarantee any position in Google or other search results, or any number of calls or customers.
  8. Uptime. We use reliable hosting and fix problems as fast as we can, but we can't promise the site is never down.
  9. Cancellation and removal. After cancellation, your site comes down at the end of your paid period. We may suspend a site for unpaid bills or content that's illegal or harmful.
  10. Limits. Our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
  11. Changes to these terms. We'll email you before any change takes effect. Colorado law applies.
